The effects and implementations are so elegant that it makes me reconsider what I can do with modern CSS. It hangs me for almost 3 days just to resolve all the tricky points.

There is a small problem that positions of tags with .bottom is broken due to the usage of inset-area instead of position-area in the article code block and codepen as well, on my Chrome v131.
